Poster and paper presentation may include original research or case report.

Kindly specify the category (paper / poster) while submitting the abstract.

The abstract should not exceed 300-word limit excluding title.

Font should be Times New Roman, Size-12, with single line spacing and title should be in bold.

For original research, the abstract should be structured and organized under following headings:
Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results and Concisions.

Graphs, tables, and images should not be included in the abstract.

Mode of oral presentation will be Microsoft Power Point with time limit of maximum 8 minutes (6 mins for presentation and 2 mins for discussion).

Time limit for poster presentation if 5 minutes. (3 mins for presentation and 2 mins for discussion).

The poster size should be 2.5feet (height) x 4feet (width). Landscape orientation

All delegates are advised to print their own posters for presentation at the conference in the prescribed dimensions.

If the delegates require assistance in printing of poster the same can be requested through email and poster will be printed and charged as per actuals to be incurred.

Please upload the abstract via Google Form (Available on the Website) as either a Word document or PDF.

It is advised to keep minimum font size as follows: Title:20, Subtitle: 18 and Text: 16.

Last date for abstract submission in 1 5th December: 2024.

All abstracts will be reviewed by the committee and the presenting author will be informed via email
regarding acceptance/rejection of their abstracts.
